안동경찰서는 16일 건전한 교육환경 조성을 위해 경북경찰청 생활질서계 및 경북교육청, 안동시교육지원청 등 유관기관 합동으로 학교 주변 유해업소에 대한 일제 단속을 실시했다.
특히, 이 날 단속에 적발된 마사지업소 3개소는 교육환경보호구역(상대구역 200미터) 이내에서 밀실,샤워실 등의 시설을 갖추고 있어 성매매 영업을 하거나 성매매 우려가 있는 영업을 해 온 것으로 드러났다.
경북경찰청과 안동경찰서 생활질서계는 성매매알선처벌법 및 교육환경법 위반으로 이들 업주, 종업원 등 6명을 검거하고, 추후 교육지원청 및 시청에서 해당 업소에 대한 자진철거 명령 등 조치가 될 수 있도록 협조할 방침이다.
안동경찰서장은 “교육청 등 유관기관과 협업하여 단속 후 재영업 방지를 위한 휴·폐업 등 사후관리를 철저히 할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

The Gyeongbuk Provincial Police Agency and Andong Police Station will arrest six owners and employees for violating the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Harassment and Education Environment, and cooperate with the Education Support Agency and City Hall to order the business to be voluntarily removed.
The head of Andong Police Station said, "We will cooperate with related agencies such as the Office of Education to thoroughly manage follow-up management such as closure and closure to prevent re-business after crackdown."
